The Eat Write Cafe is an online poetry magazine. (Or will be again when I get my act together.)

Who We Are

The Eat Write Cafe (and Traveing Poets Society) is the continuation of a group of poets that formed on Okinawa, Japan in 1997 or so and held Open Mic Nights at various bars on the Gate Two Street sti just outside Kadena Air Base. The online magazine began a few years later, but was discontinued after the death of the late great Webmaster Greg Tyler and retirement of Ace Reporter and Poet/Editor David Allen.
